Types of counselling: online and face to face

There are times in life when people can experience unmanageable or emotionally overwhelming feelings and behaviours that may persist even if there is support from friends and loved ones. I'm a qualified accredited integrative practitioner with a solid track record of positive changes affirmed by my clients who have benefited from their therapeutic experience.  I work with adults of all races, genders, orientation and faith in one-to-one sessions. As a professional Psychotherapeutic Counsellor, I encourage my clients to fully explore their experiences and help them accept who they are and what is out their personal control, so they can better understand their current situation and improve their lives. I help my clients resolve the challenges they may be dealing with or issues which are troubling them using a combined approach to therapy.

There are several approaches to therapy that help people work through their problems. I work actively using an integrative approach that incorporates aspects of theory and practice from some of the main therapeutic traditions including person-centred, psychodynamic, transactional analysis, solution-focused, CBT tools and gestalt. Integrating the different components of these theories enables taking the most suitable elements of each depending on the needs of the client. I work with issues of Stress and anxiety, Depression, Relationships, Anger and Frustration, Self-harm, Abuse Self-defeating behaviours, Addiction, Self-esteem, Loss and bereavement.
